This buddy of mine just got put on a diet to help fight off the Candida Albicans and other toxins. It"s a really strict one; no sugar, fruit, starch, etc. His question is he lifts weights. He is used. What he is wondering is if protein can impact Candida development. He constantly believed protein was not bad for the immune system. He wants to understand what I think.

I suggest Biofreeze as an adequate "band aid" for an injury. Sore quads? Tight hamstrings? Rub the Biofreeze. From my experiences, I can"t urge Biofreeze as an effective long-term alternative. It definitely can make sore muscles feel better for a brief while, although it does not cure injuries more rapidly. At minimum, it can help clear up your sinuses when you have a cold! The good news is that Biofreeze is a topical ointment which has much less risk of side effects including anti-inflammatories, than other remedies. And--it is relatively cheap!

We had 30 minutes to make our connecting flight and were required to walk from the international terminal to the national terminal about 20 minutes away when my family and I were returning from Costa Rica on a holiday back. After surviving security my son, who"s 16 and eats every 30 minutes (late puberty) yells something about visiting the food court, grabs his ticket and says he will meet us at the gate.
